Talks between the Group and representatives of the Kyrgyz government to build a new energy vehicle factory

Since the group's inspection visit to Kyrgyzstan on February 14, 2023, on April 30, 2023, the group inspection team once again came to Kyrgyzstan to discuss the construction of new energy vehicle factories. The Prime Minister specially arranged for the Deputy Prime Minister to track the progress of this project, and the Minister of Economy to be responsible for its implementation and execution.

Improving the investment environment is one of the main goals of the Kyrgyz government, which has carried out various reforms, including reforms in the economy, investment, energy, and other fields. Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to attracting foreign investment and the development of high-tech industries. New energy vehicles conform to the concept of global green development and are a new trend in the future development of the automotive industry. At present, Kyrgyzstan is actively promoting "green energy". The Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan has formulated relevant policies for the development of green energy, and the development of new energy vehicles meets this standard. The Ministry of Energy will make every effort to support the development of the new energy vehicle market.

This is the only new energy vehicle factory project in Kyrgyzstan. At the same time, it is supporting the deployment of charging and swapping systems and operation management platforms nationwide, as well as the construction of old battery storage stations and waste battery disposal plants to recycle and reuse batteries, achieving a green circular economy.

The new energy vehicle project will generate good social and economic benefits for Kyrgyzstan, solve the employment problem of some local people, cultivate a group of knowledgeable and skilled workers, create income for the government, reduce carbon emissions, protect the environment, and drive the development of upstream and downstream related industrial chains. At the same time, it is also an important layout of the group's business in Central Asia, writing an important chapter for the group to deeply cultivate international trade, carry out global trade, and establish a global payment and settlement system.
